About
At P-N.WORK, design is both craft and story. Founded by Pam Nayangcharoen, the studio was built on the belief that architecture, landscapes, interiors, and furniture are not separate disciplines, but interconnected layers that shape how we live. Our work reflects a commitment to creating holistic experiences — spaces that go beyond aesthetics to carry meaning.
My perspective traces back to my grandmother, who built her own home by sketching plans directly in the sand when challenges arose on site. Working side by side with the contractor, she created a house that was not only unique but also deeply personal — a true reflection of her life and spirit. That story has stayed with me, reminding me that design is ultimately about resourcefulness, creativity, and human connection.
Our studio’s approach is rooted in attention to detail and a hands-on process. We always begin with the site — listening to its qualities, rhythms, and challenges. Every choice, from space planning to material expression, is guided by authenticity and a natural, hand-crafted aesthetic that feels timeless and human.
At the heart of P-N.WORK is a personal approach to design. We see every project as a collaboration, shaped by strong relationships and attentive listening. Our goal is always to craft spaces that tell quiet, specific stories — spaces that are functional, beautiful, and deeply lived in.
Our Services
At P-N.WORK, design is more than aesthetics — it’s a way of telling quiet stories through space. Rooted in detail, craft, and collaboration, we create modern environments that feel lived-in, meaningful, and timeless.
