Baan Vana
Boutique Residential
Situated near Khao Yai National Park, Baan Vana is a boutique residential project that embraces the quiet rhythm of nature. Designed as two distinct residences connected by a central courtyard, the project balances privacy with shared experience, creating a sense of community within a serene landscape.
The architecture is simple yet refined — clean modern lines, natural materials, and generous openings that frame views of the surrounding greenery. The central courtyard becomes the heart of the project, a space for gathering, reflection, and seamless transition between indoors and outdoors. Rooted in site-specific design and inspired by the landscape of Khao Yai, Baan Vana offers a retreat that is both intimate and timeless, where every detail contributes to harmony between people and place.
